Lauren Kenzie jewelry is backed by a lifetime warranty. No matter what happens or where you buy it we have you covered!
Please do not return "LK" jewelry to the retailer. Lauren Kenzie will take care of all returns on their behalf. Retailers are not subject to honor any refunds or exchanges in store. However, LK will honor the lifetime warranty.
NECKLACE RETURNS
What we cover: broken or tarnishing, missing diamonds, also any other issue you may encounter.
***We require all necklaces to be returned for repair or exchange. You cover the shipping and we will cover 100% of the cost of the item!
Necklaces must have our name plate on them. If necklaces do not have name plates on them we will not be able to warranty it.
RING & EARRING RETURNS
What we cover: broken rings or earrings, tarnished rings or earrings, missing diamonds, also any other issue you may encounter.
***We do not make you return the following: rings, earrings, or bracelets.
We do not cover lost or stolen items. You must prove that you still have the damaged item. If you can not show proof of damage we will not be able to warranty your item.
You must fill out the form and pay for the return shipping.
